      Materials:
      1 live fish (1250g)
      100g cooked ground rice

      Preparations:
    1. Clean the fish, slice and rinse the slices. Mix together seasonings, ground rice and lard, smear over the fish slices and leave for 5 minutes.
    2. Put the fish into a bamboo tube, close the tube, steam for 30 minutes.
