Frozen Ham and Egg Yolk
Materials:
8g gelatine
cooked ham slices
egg yolks
Preparations:
- Dissolve the gelatine in clear soup, add cooking wine and salt.
- Filter the scum with gauze to make crystal juice.
- Put the juice into spoons, and add a hot egg yolk add some ham slices to each spoon, pour a layer of crystal juice on top, freeze.
