200g vegetable hearts
50g water soaked winter mushroom shreds
50g water soaked tremella
50g winter bamoo shoot shreds
50g gan bamboo shoot shreds
50g water soaked bamboo tubes
- Scald the winter mushroom shreds, winter bamboo shoot shreds, gan bamboo
shoot shreds and tremella shreds, then toss in 4 fold hot oil, add salt,
sugar, MSG and soup stock, bring to the boil.
- Simmer the bamboo tubes in soup till cooked, add the other ingredients, steam
till done, surround with scalded vegetable hearts.
