Deep-fried Onion
Materials:
400g onions
80g spinach leaves
10 cherries
2 eggs
80g flour
100g bread crumbs
Preparations
- Deep-fry shredded spinach to make vegetable floss.
- Cut the onions into thick slices, brush with egg batter, coat with bread crumbs and deep-fry in 5-fold heated oil, till golden brown.
- Garnish with spinch floss, coriander and cherries.
