Wood Blocks For Printing

Liancheng Sibao is one of the four famous bases of Wood Block for Printing during Ming and Qing dynasty. It had published more than one thousand kinds of books such as "Kangxi(an emperor of Qing Dynasty) Dictionary" and "Jingping Mei (a plum in a golden bottle)".Sibao had played an important role in Chinese printing history.

This horizontal board was inscribed by national hero Lin Zexu for Dongshan thatched cottage in Mountain Guanzhi. It is precious and famous.
